The Role

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: At least 1 year in a professional pastry or baking role, preferably within a high-volume, scratch-kitchen environment.
- Standard: A disciplined professional who values organization, cleanliness, and technical precision.
- Mindset: Passionate about farmer's market sourcing and high-quality seasonal ingredients.
- Qualities: Reliability, humility, and a strong work ethic are essential.
