Receptionist and Marketing Assistant

We have offices in the Dallas and Denver metro areas. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist and Marketing Assistant at our offices at the Shops at Legacy in Plano, TX. The position is responsible for answering phones and greeting people as the come in, and setting up meetings and events. The position is also responsible for various day-to-day marketing-related tasks including preparation of marketing communications with clients and prospective clients, utilizing Hubspot CRM for managing communications and sales pipelines, developing and implementing a social media marketing campaign, organizing events, helping attorneys with individual outreach efforts, creating content for blog posts, website, and presentations, managing updates to the website, and generally being proactive with developing the firm's marketing program. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in sales and marketing, including mass communications, CRMs, and content creation Graphic design for use in advertisements, email blasts, firm announcements, etc. Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing calendar deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team and resolve conflicts Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr Carstens Allen Gourley
