Customer Support Specialist – Climate FieldView Remote | St. Louis, MO Area Preferred Interested in the intersection of agriculture, technology, and customer support ? HGS is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to support Bayer Crop Science’s Climate FieldView platform and its customers across North America. This is a primarily remote position , with preference given to candidates in the St. Louis, Missouri area who have the flexibility to attend occasional client meetings. Candidates outside the St. Louis area are also encouraged to apply. What You'll Do As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll provide best-in-class support to farmers, Climate dealers, and field sales teams using Climate FieldView . You’ll help customers get the most from the technology they rely on throughout the growing season. Key responsibilities include: Provide product support via phone, email, and live chat Assist with FieldView setup, installation, in-field operation, and troubleshooting Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and escalation when needed Document customer interactions and resolutions in Salesforce Develop strong working knowledge of Climate FieldView products and technology Respond to customer inquiries and callback requests in a timely manner Provide some evening and weekend support during peak planting and harvest seasons What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field preferred Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment Positive, customer-focused approach Experience with Google Workspace and Salesforce preferred Agriculture Experience Is a Plus!!!
