An established, physician-led private practice in Southern New Jersey is seeking a urologist to join its experienced team. The incoming physician will become part of a collaborative group of fellowship trained and board certified urologists supported by one of the nation's largest independent urology organizations. This opportunity offers access to advanced technology, a strong referral base, and a comprehensive network of subspecialty expertise, making it an excellent fit for both graduating residents and experienced urologists. Most subspecialty interests can be supported within the context of a general urology practice. Some of the urologists in this practice live in downtown Philadelphia and drive an easy 20-30 minute reverse commute.
Practice Highlights:
* Established private practice with a busy outpatient office.
* Join a collaborative team of six urologists and multiple advanced practice providers.
* Supported by a large, well-established physician organization with more than 60 physicians and advanced practice providers across 20+ locations, including access to advanced cancer therapies and dedicated oncology centers.
* Teaching opportunities available through an affiliated academic institution with urology resident rotations. Teaching is optional.

* Flexible schedule with two full clinic days, two half clinic days, and ample dedicated operating room time.
* Strong robotic surgery program with mentorship available in robotic management of prostate, kidney, and bladder cancer, as well as reconstructive procedures.
* Established stone disease program supporting a comprehensive endourology practice, including PCNL, ureteroscopy, shock wave lithotripsy, metabolic stone evaluation, and management of complex stone disease.
* Call is no more than 1:5 and is compensated separately.
