Job Description Job Description Corporate Transactional Attorney Contract Position with Temp-to-Perm Potential Fort Lauderdale, FL | Boutique Law Firm A well-established boutique law firm in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney for a contract position with the potential to become permanent. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with three or more years of corporate transactional experience who is interested in joining a boutique firm and initially supporting one of the firm's partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate transactional matters, with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience a big plus. Responsibilities: Support one of the firm's partners on a variety of corporate transactional matters Assist with mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions Draft, review, and revise corporate and transactional documents Conduct legal research and due diligence Work closely with attorneys and clients throughout the transaction process Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school 3+ years of corporate transactional experience Solid experience handling corporate and business transactions M&A experience is a plus!
