IT Support Engineer

Delivering exceptional first-line IT support, the remote IT Support Engineer will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provision equipment, manage systems and cloud services, and support security initiatives while collaborating with a team and engaging with employees in the Boston area for in-person events. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for first-level end-user support, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues Provision and configure new equipment and user accounts, managing operating systems and software centrally Support Information Security initiatives and coordinate the rollout of new cloud-based tools and services Required qualifications 2+ years of relevant IT support experience Solid experience with macOS (10.15 and newer) and Windows 10 and above Working knowledge of private networking concepts Familiarity with cloud-based office applications such as Google Workspace or Office 365 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and application issues
