What You’ll Be DoingAs a Bartender at Sand Castle Wedding Venue, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready.
- Following all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborating with the team to provide seamless service during events and weddings.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring your A-game and a little flair! Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience: At least 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong mixology knowledge and the ability to craft classic and custom cocktails.
- Personality: A friendly, outgoing demeanor with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with the event staff to ensure a smooth experience for guests.
