Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a difference in the educational experience of students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting schools in the Dallas, TX area. This school-year contract position offers a full-time, onsite opportunity to work directly with students in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
• Demonstrated experience working in a school-based setting is essential
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Adaptable and comfortable in an itinerant role, with flexibility to transition between schools as student needs change
• Must be able to complete fingerprints through TEA, unless already on file from recent employment in another Texas public school district

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, 1:1 behavioral support to students at one school site at a time, ensuring each student receives individualized care until milestones and progress are met
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions and plans
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate outcomes with relevant stakeholders
• Transition to support other students at different schools within the district as recommended by progression and district assignment
• Remain current on evidence-based behavioral practices and adhere to all district and regulatory requirements

This full-time opportunity (37.5 hours/week) is for the full academic year, beginning August 11, 2026, and ending May 28, 2027. You'll work onsite, building meaningful relationships with students and educational professionals while helping learners achieve their goals.
