Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by BACB
• Documented, hands-on experience working in a school-based setting
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and collaborate across school teams
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards
• Successful completion of fingerprint clearance through TEA (if not recently completed)

What You'll Do:

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA-based behavioral support to assigned students, aiding them in developing new skills and behavioral independence
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed, working under the supervision of a BCBA and collaborating with educational staff
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily data collection and clear communication with team members and families
• Transition to support new students or locations as assigned, offering continuity and flexibility to meet district needs

This contract begins August 11, 2026, and continues through May 28, 2027, offering a steady schedule of 37.5 hours weekly. Thrive in an environment that values your skills and commitment to student progress.
