Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator

To support high-volume recruiting operations, the full-time Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator will process applicants, conduct resume screenings, and maintain an efficient hiring pipeline while working Wednesday to Sunday from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Eastern Time. Key Responsibilities Process high volumes of applicants, focusing on late-week and after-hours submissions Conduct resume screening and initial qualification checks based on minimum role criteria Coordinate and schedule interviews across recruiting teams, ensuring timely updates for candidates Required Qualifications Previous experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting and high-volume recruiting operations Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably SmartRecruiters Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
