Enhance your career in a challenging and rewarding role.Job DescriptionLegal Operations OverviewThe Legal Operations role focuses on managing and optimizing client intake and case acquisition processes within a dynamic legal environment.Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and seamless communication across departments.Supervise and mentor teams, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance in client acquisition workflows.Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making.Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in client onboarding and case management.Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.Maintain compliance with firm policies and applicable regulations while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Train staff on updated processes and procedures to ensure consistent operational excellence.Legal Operations Key Responsibilities & DutiesOversee daily operations related to client intake, lead management, and case acquisition workflows.Supervise and guide teams within the Client Acquisition, Courtesy, Onboarding, and Call Center departments.Identify and address inefficiencies in workflows, adapting processes to meet evolving needs.Generate and analyze reports on key performance metrics to support data-driven decisions.Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and organized manner.Document and maintain detailed records of processes, procedures, and workflow changes.Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulations in all client acquisition activities.Collaborate with various departments to meet logistical needs across the client acquisition process.Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a high-volume environment.Legal Operations Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a mass tort or personal injury law firm.Proficiency in case management and CRM software, along with Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends in client acquisition.Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions at all organizational levels.Experience in adapting processes to changing lead volumes and organizational needs.Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
