About the Opportunity
MCL Talent Partners is hiring for a growing client in the Des Moines area. This entry-level role focuses on building client relationships and helping local families and businesses with supplemental benefits. Full training provided no prior insurance experience needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and relationships.
- Conduct check-ins and benefit presentations.
- Track activity and support account growth.
- Collaborate on growth strategies.
