MercyOne Forest Park Family Medicine Employment Type: Full time Shift: Minimal call – phone only (1/9 rotation) Compensation and Benefits Highly competitive compensation package – 2-year income guarantee of $290,000/year++ $150,000 bonus package Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, disability) Generous PTO package Employer retirement match programs $6,000 CME credit/year Paid malpractice and tail coverage Benefits start day 1 of employment Up to $15,000 in moving allowance Responsibilities Provide traditional outpatient family medicine with optional obstetrics practice Work within a busy practice with immediate patient volume Participate in a 7-physician & 1 PA practice team Operate minimal on-call service via phone only (1/9 rotation) Qualifications Graduate of an accredited medical/osteopathic medical school Completion of an appropriate residency program Board certified or board eligible within 3 years of becoming eligible Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center‑North Iowa medical staff privileges Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate Above-average communication skills and ability to work with a team H1B & J1 visa candidates encouraged to apply PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) eligible Additional Information Note: All offers are contingent upon successful completion of references, background check, pre-employment physical and drug screen.
