Head of Social & Community

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Social & Community to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape the social and community presence for a growing financial services brand, building a clear voice and cohesive strategy across channels. You will lead campaigns that deepen audience engagement, strengthen advocacy, and translate brand storytelling into measurable business impact. Partnering closely with marketing and other cross-functional stakeholders, you will balance creative leadership with data-driven execution to grow community participation and improve performance.
