Accounting & Finance - Finance AnalystWork Location: 1400 Treat Blvd, Walnut Creek CAPay Rate: 30-33/HR Hours: M-F 8-5Team Overview: Senior analyst on the teamResource's typical working day: Managing on a bi weekly basis AP packages for the clientApproval for invoices, coding on those invoices in the systemLease administration CAM reconciliations- annually occurs in Jan for the previous year- goes from Jan to JuneAfter that a little more project basedMust Have Skills: Strong finance and accounting, reconciliation skillsVery good demeanorProfessional appearanceProfessional communicationExcelWorking with large data setsLooking for someone enthusiasticNeed to be able to work independentlyIntermediate math skills and problem solving skillsNice to have skills: Any kind of lease administration experienceYears of Experience: Pretty junior role Preference would be year or 2 of experienceEducation Prefer bachelor's degreeSoftware skills: ExcelInterview Process: Virtual interviews with team, final onsiteSummary: As a Finance Analyst, you will apply basic cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.
