Financial Controller

The Financial Controller plays a key operational role on our finance team, taking hands-on ownership of day-to-day accounting across our operating entities. Reporting to finance and operations leadership, this position manages full-cycle accounts payable, payroll operations, and tax compliance while supporting the month-end close. We are looking for a resourceful, proactive doer—someone who takes pride in the quality of their work, takes initiative to resolve daily operational items efficiently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 2–4 years of practical accounting experience (AP, payroll, or general ledger support). Proactive Mindset: Resourceful and self-motivated. You naturally take initiative to track down answers and resolve routine operational roadblocks. Accounting Foundation: Good working knowledge of GAAP, accrual accounting principles, and basic month-end close routines. Systems & Software Exposure: Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, strong Excel skills, and exposure to tools like Avalara (sales tax), PEO platforms (payroll), or subscription billing/CRM software (Maxio, Salesforce, HubSpot).

Salary and Benefits
