• Location: Fortuna, CA
• Start Date: 08/13/2026
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 am 5 pm (18 patient per day minimum)
• Hours per week: Full-time
• Employment Type: Contract (duration as agreed)
• License/Certs: Active CA medical license; DEA; CPR/BLS; immunizations (flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap)
• Experience: Prior primary care experience including chronic pain management preferred; ORP enrollment in MediCal preferred or willing to enroll
• Required: Work history with specific month/day detail, no employment gaps unaccounted for

Pay & Benefits:

• Rate: $1.00/hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric and adult patients
• Manage chronic pain and coordinate care with specialists when needed
• Complete and close patient charts within 72 hours
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in EMR
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to all clinic policies and state regulations
• Maintain updated immunizations and licensure documentation

What You Need:

• Active California medical license and DEA registration before start date
• Prior primary care experience, preferably with chronic pain management
• Willing to enroll or be enrolled in MediCal if not already ORP enrolled
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am 5 pm
