responsibilities:

• Perform PCR, DNA/RNA isolation, gel electrophoresis, and bead-based purification workflows.
• Support Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) library preparation and sequencing activities.
• Execute experiments requiring precise pipetting and small-volume sample handling.
• Maintain rigorous laboratory documentation and follow established protocols with high accuracy.
• Collaborate across molecular biology, immunization, and antibody discovery research teams.
• Contribute to laboratory automation, process optimization, and workflow improvements.

 
qualifications:
Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Cell Biology, or related biological science.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with core techniques: PCR, DNA/RNA extraction, gel electrophoresis, and precise pipetting.
• Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to strictly follow protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and eager to learn new technologies.

Preferred:

• Master's degree in a related scientific discipline.
• Experience with NGS, library prep, or antibody discovery platforms (e.g., phage or yeast display).
• Hands-on exposure to liquid handling automation (Hamilton, Biomek, or similar).
