About the Team The Part‑Time Core Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Demonstrate you’re a results‑oriented seller with at least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Develop a sense of Care in your communication skills, both written and verbal. Charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization. Able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work; must be at least 18 years old. Dream and embrace adventure! A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is part of the excitement. You may be required to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time. Maintain a consistent schedule, with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred. The hours are typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week). Your dependability matters: regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
