Position Overview
As an Appointment Setter, you'll serve as the first point of contact with homeowners by canvassing residential neighborhoods, introducing Allied Exteriors, and setting qualified in-home appointments for our sales team.
This is a field-based, face-to-face sales opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working toward goals, and earning based on performance. You'll receive structured training, daily coaching, and a proven system to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners face-to-face
Introduce Allied Exteriors and our exterior home improvement solutions
Generate interest and schedule qualified in-home consultations
Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners
Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
Track appointments, activity, and performance metrics
Follow proven lead-generation systems and processes
Work closely with the sales team to support company growth
