What You’ll Do, includes but is not limited to: Complete initial speech therapy evaluations and ongoing assessments to determine level of functioning. Diagnoses, administer, and interpret speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders in assigned participants utilizing a variety of tests. Develop a treatment plan for assigned participants in consultation with the physician and other care team members. Coordinate services in consultation with the interdisciplinary team. What We’re Looking For Requires licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Michigan Prefer at least 2 years of relevant experience Minimum of 1 year experience working with the frail or elderly population Ability to manage multiple tasks comfortably while staying organized and professional Work well autonomously as well as within a team setting #J-18808-Ljbffr Holland Home
