Job Description

Join the  CV Tele North team  at a top facility in Concord, CA! We are seeking a skilled  PCU/Stepdown RN  to care for patients recovering from cardiac interventions and complex surgical procedures. This is a fast-paced, telemetry-driven environment where your expertise will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients in a PCU/Stepdown setting
• Provide care for post-cardiac intervention patients (PCI, AICD implants)
• Manage complex post-surgical thoracic and esophageal cases
• Interpret telemetry and respond to cardiac changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

Requirements

• Active  California RN License
• Minimum 2+ years of strong PCU/Stepdown experience
• BLS & ACLS required
• NIHSS preferred
