Customer‑Centric Checkout & Transaction Design Design and optimize the financing experience, balancing customer simplicity with financial, legal, and operational requirements. Act as a customer advocate to reduce friction, increase transparency, and improve approval and completion rates. Partner with design and UX teams to ensure financing and payment experiences are intuitive and trustworthy. Employee Experience & Internal Tooling Ownership Define the internal tools and workflows that enable employees to shepherd customers through checkout and financing, including: Viewing customer application status and financing options Assisting with incomplete or stalled applications Managing exceptions, errors, and manual reviews Supporting compliance, disclosures, and customer communications Partner with sales, customer support, and operations teams to deeply understand frontline needs and pain points.
