As demand continues to accelerate, we are seeking a Sales Director to drive aggressive new business growth within Capital Markets segment. This is a true hunter role for a consultative sales executive who thrives on opening doors, winning new logos, building executive relationships, and closing complex, multi-million-dollar transformation engagements. This unique opportunity provides the platform to build and expand relationships with some of the world's most recognized Banking, Capital Markets, and Wealth Management organizations.

As a trusted advisor, you will engage directly with C-suite executives, business leaders, and technology decision-makers to shape strategic outcomes and deliver measurable business impact. Responsibilities:

Drive New Logo Growth

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the Capital Markets and Wealth Management segment.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline that consistently exceeds revenue and Total Contract Value (TCV) targets.
• Develop strategic account penetration plans focused on executive-level engagement.

Lead Strategic Deal Pursuits

• Own complex enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract execution.
• Serve as the executive pursuit leader for large transformational engagements.
• Coordinate global delivery, consulting, and solution teams throughout the sales process.

Sell Across NTT DATA's Portfolio

Position value-add offerings that integrated solutions spanning: Advisory & Business Consulting, Data, Analytics & AI; Digital Transformation; Applications & Engineering; Cloud & Infrastructure Services; Cybersecurity Solutions; Managed Services & Operations; and Business Process Services.

Build Executive Relationships

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and business stakeholders.
• Understand client business objectives and align solutions to measurable outcomes.
• Establish NTT DATA as a strategic partner for long-term transformation initiatives.

Shape Winning Strategies

• Analyze industry trends, competitive positioning, and client priorities.
• Partner with marketing, consulting, and solution leaders to create differentiated value propositions.
• Influence deal strategy, pursuit planning, and executive engagement activities.

Qualifications:

Enterprise Technology & Consulting Sales Experience

• 12+ years of experience selling IT services, consulting, digital transformation, or technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-service, enterprise-level engagements.
• Proven experience exceeding annual revenue and TCV targets.

Proven Hunter Mentality

• 8+ years focused on net-new business acquisition and new logo development.
• Documented track record of consistently surpassing $8M+ annual TCV quotas.
• Experience developing opportunities from prospecting through close.

Banking & Capital Markets Expertise

• 5+ years selling technology, consulting, or transformation services into:
  • Banking
  • Capital Markets
  • Wealth & Asset Management
• Strong understanding of the challenges facing financial institutions, including:
  • Digital transformation
  • Client experience modernization
  • Regulatory compliance
  • AI and automation
  • Data modernization
  • Operational efficiency

Strategic Consulting Approach

• Experience leading solution-based sales engagements involving multiple service lines.
• Ability to translate business challenges into high-value transformational solutions.
• Experience collaborating with analysts and advisory firms such as Gartner, Everest Group, Forrester, ISG, or IDC.

Executive Presence

• Demonstrated success selling and presenting to C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to establish credibility quickly in executive conversations.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $146,250 – 292.500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
