ORT (Operational Readiness Testing) Analyst

Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to support Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) for a large-scale, cross-functional program. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively across teams, and can translate complex information into concise, executive/leadership-ready materials. Key Responsibilities:
- Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams
- Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables
- Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making
- Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones
- Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria
- Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies
- Utilize tools such as JIRA (and QMetry where applicable) to manage testing activities and track progress
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teams
- Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to drive work independently
- System implementations
- PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations)
- Excel (tracking, reporting, data analysis)
- JIRA (task and defect management)
- Concise presentations
- Entry/exit ORT criteria
- Milestone-based deliverables
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
