Woodland Clinic Medical Group (WCMG), a well-established, physician-owned multi-specialty group with over 100 years of service in Yolo County, is seeking a full-time Otolaryngologist (ENT). This role offers a unique opportunity to join a physician-operated practice with an equal-share ownership model and an evergreen shareholder contract. The position focuses on general adult ENT care with some pediatric exposure, operating within a single-clinic, single-hospital model designed for efficiency and work-life balance. Practice Info * Physician-owned multi-specialty group with 150+ clinicians * Fully physician-operated with an equal-share ownership model and an evergreen shareholder contract * Primarily based in Woodland, CA, with additional presence in Davis * Single-clinic, single-hospital model * No emergency department call * Established referral base Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive general otolaryngology care (primarily adult patients) * Perform ear surgery (experience preferred) * Participate in shared, practice-only call rotation (1:7) * Collaborate closely with long-standing ENT colleagues * Contribute to a collegial, physician-led care environment * Pursue leadership opportunities within the medical group, if desired Compensation * 18-month guaranteed salary: $549,601 * Productivity-based WRVU model beginning month 19 * Sign-on bonus * Relocation stipend * Two-year shareholder track with equal ownership Benefits * 6 weeks of paid time off during first two years * 8 weeks of paid time off starting year three * 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage * Medical malpractice coverage * CME allowance * 401(k) with employee contributions from day one and employer match after one year * PSLF-eligible site
