Trauma RN Process Improvement Coordinator

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Trauma RN Process Improvement Coordinator to drive excellence in trauma care. In this role, you will analyze trauma outcomes, identify trends, and lead initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and patient safety. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to standardize evidence-based trauma protocols, support accreditation efforts, and ensure regulatory compliance. The coordinator will educate staff on trauma standards, monitor performance metrics, and lead root-cause reviews, helping to advance HCA’s culture of compassionate, patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
