Medical Assistant / LPN – PermanentSeeking Medical Assistants and LPNs to support patient care and clinic operations. The role involves both clinical and administrative responsibilities while working collaboratively with providers and the healthcare team.Key Responsibilities:Manage patient flow and assist providers with patient care.Room patients and perform clinical intake.Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed.Collect laboratory specimens and perform clinic lab testing.Provide telephone and front-desk support as needed.Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations.Perform phlebotomy and X-ray duties when appropriately qualified.Order and stock supplies.Communicate patient concerns and updates with the healthcare team.Medical Assistant Requirements:High school diploma/GED – Required.Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES/CAAHEP) or qualifying RMA program – Required.Current BLS certification – Required.LPN Requirements:Active Minnesota LPN/PN license – Required.Current BLS certification – Required.Benefits:Health and welfare benefits.401(k) match or pension, based on eligibility.Generous PTO.Adoption reimbursement.Childcare discount program.Education/tuition reimbursement.24/7 fitness center access for eligible team members.LPN candidates are also being accepted.
