Exchange and Windows Admin: - Sr Lead


We are looking for a Sr Lead profile who is very focused on customer success. . The primary skill should be managing Microsoft Email System and Secondary skill should be Windows.


Install, configure & troubleshoot different roles of Exchange servers 2010/2016/2019.


Excellent knowledge in managing Exchange Database Datastore and whitespace.


Knowledge of Distributed Mails, SPAM message management using Proof Point


Hands on experience in setting up and managing hybrid exchange environment.


Hand on experience in exchange on-premises to office 365 migration


Hand on experience in setting up Teams, Skype for Business


Hands on experience in ADFS, AZURE Active directory


Experience in installing Exchange server security patches and roll up.


Mailbox Database and Public Folder Database Creation, Deletion, handling permission issues and managing replication.


Managing DAG and CAS Arrays, troubleshooting failover issues, addition, and deletion of Exchange servers from clusters


Migration of an on premise Exchange environment to Exchange servers 2010/2016/2019or to Office 365


Troubleshooting inbound and outbound queues, mail routing issues, server errors, mail delivery latency issues, analysis of NDR


Configure, maintain & troubleshoot email gateways, anti-spam (Proof point, Barracuda, Mimecast, etc...)


Handling OWA, ActiveSync related issues


Problem determination and resolution within SLAs with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Configure, Maintain, and troubleshoot connectors, Email Address Policies, CAS Arrays etc...


Exchange Patch management- plan, test, schedule and deploy the security patches on Exchange production environment.


Responsible to support, troubleshoot and provide solutions for: Microsoft, Exchange, Active Directory, Certificate Services (Specifically Simple Certificate Enrollment Protocol)


Windows:


Good understanding server Sizing and Performance management


Knowledge of Server Upgradation and Migration


Hand on experience in server hardware and OS trouble shooting.


Strong knowledge in NTFS file permission and troubleshooting


Strong knowledge of installing, configuring various service like DNS, WSUS, DNS, DFS and DHCP


Good understanding of routing & remote access server


Strong knowledge in Microsoft cluster and NLB deployment and trouble shooting.


Hand on experience in deploying IIS Service, Site and Virtual or physical directory.


Hands on experience in PowerShell scripting


Knowledge of File server migration and Active Directory


Good troubleshooting service like File and print server, RDS Service and licensing, etc.


Good knowledge of Windows 2003/2008 up gradation and migration


Hand on experience in user profiles migration


Knowledge of Antivirus Software using CORTEX Palo Alto software


Good knowledge of Active Directory, group policy
