We are seeking a Gluer Operator to join an expanding team. This role offers competitive pay, long-term stability, and the opportunity to work with modern folding and gluing equipment in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do- Set up and operate folding/gluing equipment
- Review job tickets and production specifications
- Monitor product quality and make machine adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance
- Complete production documentation
- Work closely with Feeders, Packers, and the production team to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment following 5S standards
Required:
- Experience operating folding and/or gluing equipment or strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting ability
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read job tickets and production documentation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred:
- 3+ years of folding/gluing equipment experience
- Packaging, printing, or converting industry experience
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with production reporting systems
- Minor mechanical repair experience
- Immediate hiring need with a streamlined one-and-done onsite interview
