Process campus request for instructional materials using inventory management program Assist campus staff with ordering and returning textbooks as needed Check pick tickets for shortages/overages and take steps for corrective action Assist campus staff with questions and concerns relating to textbooks Maintain files of signed documentation from campuses Assist campuses with the creation of reports when requested Monitor campus requisitions and ensure that all request are processed in a timely manner Develop an understanding of all instructional materials provided by Textbook Services Provide support for audits and pickups of materials Scan or manually place pick tickets in a transit status prior to delivery Report all backorders to Coordinator Train campus staff with processes and procedures for Textbook Services Perform all other related duties as assigned Comply with District policies and procedures All federally funded incumbents of this position must comply with time and effort reporting requirements

Accredited High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field preferred Minimum two (2) years District experience or equivalent Must have a clear speaking voice and present neat appearance for meeting public Good communication skills and human relations Computer and word processing experience Proficiency in typing, numerical and statistical 10-key by touch, and other office machines
