Requirements Experience: 3+ years driving full-life-cycle recruitment, with a heavy emphasis on technical and engineering roles Proactive Sourcing: Demonstrated success in identifying passive talent, nurturing long-term relationships, and accelerating the hiring cycle Tech Stack: Proficiency navigating modern applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and utilizing advanced digital sourcing platforms Time Management: Highly organized with the capacity to juggle multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing candidate quality or process speed Closing Expertise: Advanced negotiation skills with a history of successfully landing highly sought-after technical talent in competitive markets Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

What the job involves Harbinger Motors is seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to help scale our engineering and manufacturing teams As a recruiter you will own the full-cycle recruiting process, leveraging creative sourcing strategies to attract and close the elite technical talent critical to our mission Strategic Sourcing: Actively hunt for premier technical professionals using a mix of headhunting, industry networking, employee referrals, and innovative outreach campaigns Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with engineering leaders and hiring managers to establish clear job requirements, create interview scorecards, and map out customized search plans for every new requisition Assessment & Vetting: Perform in-depth preliminary interviews to gauge a candidate's technical baseline, career motivations, and cultural alignment before moving them forward in the process Process Optimization: Architect and oversee structured interview panels, navigate complex scheduling dynamics, and drive a fast, efficient evaluation pipeline across multiple teams Candidate Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact and guide for applicants.
