Your Front-Desk Mission As our Corporate Receptionist, you’re the fast, friendly first point of contact that keeps our Saint Cloud office running sharp and customers confidently connected. You’ll coordinate front-desk communications, maintain accurate records, and support essential administrative workflows that help the business move. Key Responsibilities Include Manage a multi-line phone system and greet/route visitors with professionalism Enter accounts payable invoices in Great Plains; match receipts in EoStar and input invoices Organize invoice back-up by matching checks to documentation Support office needs such as mail processing, business card orders, hotel bookings, and filing Handle confidential information with care while juggling frequent interruptions Required Qualifications/skills High school diploma/equivalent; 1-2 years office or customer service experience Strong data entry, basic math, and Microsoft Office proficiency Detail-focused, accurate, and able to prioritize and follow direction A Day in Motion Your morning kicks off at the front desk, setting the pace for a steady stream of calls, visitors, and quick questions. Between greetings, you’ll keep the office humming by moving mail through multiple carriers and keeping paperwork flowing to the right places. Midday brings focused desk time - updating systems, lining up documentation, and double-checking details so everything balances cleanly. As needs pop up, you’ll pivot smoothly to book a hotel stay, place a company-wide business card order, or knock out requested filing. Throughout the day, you’ll fit in training and continued learning, then wrap up by tidying loose ends so tomorrow starts at full speed.
