This position is more than a typical front desk receptionist roll. CAs will answer the phones and schedule appointments at the front desk but are also directly involved with patient care. CAs will educate patients about chiropractic care to help them achieve their health goals. Job Description Looking for an AMAZING Chiropractic Assistant to join our office! Responsibilities Answer the phone at the clinic Greet patients when they enter the clinic Schedule patient appointments Explain fees to patients and accept payment Perform data entry in the clinic’s computer systems Describe products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment for the same Keep patient files up to date and enter appropriate charges and process payment Assist Chiropractors during chiropractic treatments Requirements Customer service experience Passionate and positive about helping others achieve long term progress and results Work history that demonstrates an ability to multitask Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals Ability to retain information Company Overview 100% Chiropractic is a family of full-service wellness clinics that offer cutting-edge chiropractic care, massage therapy, and a full line of supreme quality nutritional supplements.
