$65,000 - 80,000
Must Haves:
- 4+ Years Production Leadership Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience handling clerical Items like PTO Requests, Timesheets, Disciplinary Actions
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of production operators and team leads to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly production KPI achievement, proactively addressing issues and adjusting resources to meet production targets.
- Assign and coordinate daily work activities, staffing, and line priorities to maximize productivity and operational performance.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve operational challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor workforce attendance and staffing levels, including approving PTO requests and arranging coverage for planned and unplanned absences.
- Review and verify employee timekeeping records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Address employee performance and conduct concerns through coaching, corrective action, and disciplinary processes when necessary.
