We are seeking aPhlebotomySite Coordinator to join our team in Pace, FL.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 6:30AM-3:00PM Job Responsibilities:

Observe and report any performance, compliance or staffing related issues to supervisors

Manage andmonitorpatient flow, wait times, inventorylevelsand information logs

Monitor monthly productivity reports and report any deviations as necessary

Address any customerservice relatedissues in a prompt and respectful manner

Promoteteam work, cohesiveness and effective communication among coworkers

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcoholtestsetc.

Perform data entry of patient information inan accurateandtimelymanner

Process billing information and collect payments whenrequired

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis

Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

Travel toadditionalsites when needed

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist

Preferred Qualifications:

1 yearor moreof experience as a phlebotomist in an inpatient setting

Phlebotomy certification or completed training

Additional Job Standards:

In lieu of state licenserequirementlisted above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the CA Department of Health at time of hire may meet licenserequirement.

Strong communicationskills; both written and verbal

Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Comfortably working under minimal supervision

Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.

Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
