Fabletics is currently looking for a Production Coordinator. This role will report to Producer with the overall planning, facilitation, and day-to-day operations related to all E-commerce, Editorial/Campaigns, and commercial/motion shoots. This position is perfect for multi-taskers who pride themselves on their attention to detail, as well as their ability to meet deadlines. The candidate should be able to work well within a team environment, but also is a self-motivator who can work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Process crew and talent timecards through the company's payroll provider.
• Assist the Production Managers and Producer throughout all phases of production, including creating call sheets and pre-production books, communicating shoot details, and wrapping shoots.
• Support the planning and execution of photo and video shoots across all brands, from pre-production through wrap.
• Originate purchase orders and vendor paperwork, included but not limited to: credit card authorization forms, COI's, rental agreements, talent release forms, etc.
• Schedule and maintain Outlook invitations for shoots, prep days, fittings, tech scouts, and production meetings
• Track and manage receipts for monthly credit card audits.
• Work closely with vendors and crew during production.
• Coordinate and oversee Production Assistants on set, delegating tasks and confirming completion as needed.
• Process and track invoices and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Coordinate all logistics with the building property manager and facilities team for upcoming large production shoots.
• Coordinate and track shoot logistics, including travel, transportation, accommodations, catering, craft services, parking, production supplies, and trucking.
• Own shoot-wrap follow-through, including returns, receipts, invoices, file organization, and open items.

Required Skills:

• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in production.
• Must know Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of Hot Budget is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a studio/production environment is expected.
• Must have an eye for detail and organization.
• Flexible and accountable; recognizes the various hours of the job
• Being a collaborative and positive team player is a must. This position requires interacting with large crews, as well as internal employees.
• Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

The hourly range for this position is from $30.00-$33.00/hr. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered hourly rate will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
