Office Manager

We are looking for an experienced DentalOffice Managerto joinour team!Ourmanagers: conduct daily morning huddles check in patients and prepare treatment plans and financial estimates post insurance and patient payments collect copays and payments oversee team of employees and provide coaching/training to team members schedule patientappointments and create efficient schedules for doctors and hygienists follow up on existing outstandingpatientbalances run monthly reports This position isfull timeMonday – Friday. We are looking for someone withdental experience (preferred)and success in delegating tasks, performance management,leadership, andstrong communication. Physical Requirements Working conditions include those typically seen in an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
