This position supports the daily care and well-being of residents in a long-term care setting. You will work closely with Registered Nurses to ensure safe and accurate care. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will perform the following duties: Medication Management : Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and verify accuracy. Resident Care Support : Assist with feeding, grooming, and specialized care while observing resident needs. Assessment Assistance : Contribute to assessments, communicate findings to the care team, and maintain confidentiality. Record Keeping : Document daily care, chart treatments, and maintain required medical records. Safety Compliance : Follow infection control procedures, universal precautions, and report safety concerns. Team Coordination : Collaborate with RNs, guide CNAs, and participate in meetings and training. Interested in learning more? Nights (6:45 PM - 7:45 AM) Week 1: Mon, Wed, Thurs, Sat. Week 2: Sun, Wed. Telework : You will not have the option to telework in this position. Salary : Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting salary of $67,558.00 (before taxes). Necessary Special Requirements This position requires active authorization to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania. All employees possessing an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. Other Requirements PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title. If you are within 60 days of completing a licensed practical nursing program approved by the State Board of Nursing, you are eligible to apply for this job posting. At the time of appointment to a position, you must show proof of possession of a current, valid PA temporary practice permit or PA Licensed Practical Nurse license.
