Loan CloserResponsible to ensure that all files have been evaluated and loans are closed in conformance with underwriting guidelines.Reviews each approved mortgage to determine that all conditions have been met prior to each closing.Responsible for completion of all closing documents as well as scheduling each loan closing, and having these documents typed and presentable prior to the closing date.Maintain a positive relationship with the borrower, real estate broker, and Title Company and be able to request and obtain specified and required documents for closing.Verify the accuracy and consistency of each document specific to each loan.Knowledgeable of the closing process and be able to answer any and all questions the borrower might have.Required to acquire and deliver all documents to the Title Company, real estate broker and lending officer for the closing keeping everyone informed.Record loan information in accordance with government standards.Other job and position related duties that may be assigned by management. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Qualifications3-5 years residential loan closing experience.Encompass Experience PreferredMust have experience with Bond LoansHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.
