You will prepare content for executives, and drive collaboration at all levels of the organization to meet the Chief Risk Officer’s strategic objectives for Business Banking Risk.Job Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Chief of Staff, senior leadership, and other departments by planning, executing, and monitoring key projects and initiatives within Business Banking RiskPartner across cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure timely delivery of key deliverablesConduct research and analysis to generate insights and support decision-making processesDevelop executive-level communications, presentations, and messaging that support strategic priorities and leadership engagementPrepare reports on staffing, budget, and maintain resiliency plan for BB RiskLead employee engagement and culture initiatives, including leadership visits, town halls, recognition programs, networking opportunities, and team development activitiesComfortable experimenting with and adopting AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, collaboration, and decision-makingRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field4+ years’ of relevant experienceStrong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong ability to multi-task, demonstrating a positive can-do attitudeAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong problem-solving and organization skills with attention to detailCurious and eager to learnExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary to influence and work effectively with all levels of the organization and with geographically distributed teamsTo be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
