Event Manager

We're looking for an experienced Event Planning Manager to join a fast-paced team producing live educational events across the healthcare industry. In this role, you'll own event logistics from planning through onsite execution, working closely with vendors, venues, internal stakeholders, and attendees to deliver exceptional experiences. What You'll Do Plan and execute conferences, advisory boards, symposiums, and other live events Manage vendor relationships, venue sourcing, contracts, and budgets Coordinate travel, room blocks, AV, shipping, and onsite logistics Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution Identify process improvements and help elevate the attendee experience What We're Looking For 5+ years of conference or event planning experience Strong project management and organizational skills Experience managing budgets and vendor negotiations Ability to juggle multiple events in a fast-paced environment Healthcare event experience is a plus Hybrid | NYC Travel up to 40% #J-18808-Ljbffr
