We need a very experienced full-time Medical Practice Office Manager, Medical Administrator to lead our team in this exciting opportunity! You will coordinate both medical and support staff to optimize efficiency and growth, as we are rapidly growing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of medical and health service activities and personnel, schedule staff and clinicians
• Plan and coordinate support services and develop & implement policies
• Work collaboratively with physicians to ensure workflow completion
• Maintain a clean environment with providers & staff to ensure patient safety and smooth daily workflow
• Along with supervising, the manager is expected to be competent and able to fill in or work alongside support staff if needed
• Support & oversee TMS brain stimulation, ketamine technicians, and do testing procedures.
• Lead in compliance, credentialing, interviewing and hiring, HR and billing issues
• Onboard new providers and support staff, improve and administrate training procedures, re-write written policies & procedures
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures, train new support staff

​ Qualifications:

• Previous Medical Practice Management experience at least 5-7 years in healthcare setting
• Proven experience in a management role
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Typing by touch
• Up to date vaccinations, compliance with safety procedures
• Mature, responsible, reliable punctual, quick learner, energetic
• Good phone skills, takes initiative, intuitive, good with patients
• Live within driving distance of Ladera Ranch

Practice Description:

Advanced TMS center is a multispecialty private upscale outpatient group serving OC for over 32 years. Our new practice manager or administrator must have at least 5 years experience in large medical group management. At least a 2 year college degree is required. If you are a leader or manager instead of a follower, this job with a very high level of responsibility, is for you!

You will work in a first-class, recently built large office, a great working environment, with happy staff, and cutting edge technology. We provide practice-specific training for all aspects of the Manager/Administrator job.

We have excellent long term growth and advancement opportunities for managers because our group is rapidly growing, with 12 providers and 10 support staff. The job is overall very "hands on" patient experience with direct interaction with doctors and support staff.
