LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Waxhaw, NC and surrounding areas. Pay Range LPN: $28,000 – $33,000 annually RN: $30,000 – $35,000 annually Responsibilities Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care set by the physician and appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
