Senior Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities Support program scope, governance, and execution plans in collaboration with business and IT leadership Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, developers, and vendor partners Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and dependencies across multiple workstreams Drive stakeholder engagement and executive alignment; proactively manage risks and expectations Oversee vendors and support process redesign and change management initiatives Manage full project lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support Ensure data integrity and successful migration from legacy systems Report program status, KPIs, and milestones to senior leadership and steering committees Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred) 5+ years of project management experience Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and managing vendors/system integrators Strong understanding of finance and HR processes, controls, and regulatory requirements Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA) #J-18808-Ljbffr Veriipro
