Technology Implementation Engineer 1

Position Summary The Technology Implementation Engineer II position requires knowledge of enterprise and project specific solutions, emerging or interconnected programs. Exposure to previous construction or similar roles is necessary. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills. Team member will test and implement solution software, support project teams, and deliver training plans for all stakeholders, including partners and customers. This role will also be exposed to Business Transformation processes and related department protocols. Key Job Responsibilities Assists with delivery of training internally and externally for enterprise and project solutions. Helps develop subject matter experts throughout the business and delivers presentations to a variety of audiences. Assists with technical support including tracking and resolving project issues. Maintains framework to enable customers to submit problems and suggest enhancements. Assists with solution start-up processes. Becomes knowledgeable in cross‑team responsibilities within Business Transformation, L&D, VDC, and other interconnected departments to grow value and assist in other areas as needed. Assists manager to resolve issues, improve software functionality, and understands software roadmap, establishing relationships with vendors. Works with enterprise and project solutions software including Autodesk AEC Suite (Revit, Navisworks, Autocad, etc), Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, Clearstory, DocuSign, Microsoft Suite, Nitro, SAP, Serrala, Textura.
