The Role We’re looking for an Account Executive to own and build the Atlanta market. You’ll be on the ground developing new business, managing relationships with facilities and property management customers, and working alongside our operations team to deliver results. This is a hunting role — you’ll be building your book from the ground up with the full support of Katsam leadership behind you. CRM discipline and pipeline accountability are central to how we operate. Direct HubSpot experience is a strong plus. What You’ll Do Prospect, qualify, and develop accounts across the Atlanta facilities and property management market Build and manage a healthy pipeline with full accountability in HubSpot CRM Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions with facilities managers, property managers, and ownership groups Partner with the Katsam operations team to ensure strong handoffs and customer satisfaction Develop long‑term relationships with key stakeholders across the commercial real estate ecosystem Stay current on market trends, competitive activity, and new business opportunities in the Atlanta area What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer relationship management Background in or strong familiarity with facilities management, property management, janitorial services, or commercial real estate preferred HubSpot CRM experience a plus Consultative approach with strong discovery and relationship‑building skills Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and consistent with follow‑through Comfortable engaging both field‑level operators and decision‑makers Compensation Base Salary: $60,000 On‑Target Bonus: $30,000 (50% of base, tied to production metrics) On‑Target Earnings: $90,000 Bonus Structure: Uncapped — high performers earn above OTE #J-18808-Ljbffr
