Job Description We are seeking a new Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position is geared towards any person who is good at customer service and has basic computer skills. Qualifications Job responsibilities include: The main responsibility is to answer incoming calls and to assist customers and resolve issues on each call. You will also follow up with existing customers and report to our management team on a regular basis.
