The Project Manager - Senior will serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the Government, ensuring clear communication and effective project execution. The Project Manager - Senior will facilitate meetings, coordinate documentation and reporting, and support process improvement initiatives. Additionally, the Project Manager - Senior will ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives and provide guidance on best practices in project management and delivery. Responsibilities include:Responsibilities:Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets. Managing resources and assignments for technical teams. Tracking and reporting progress against deliverables. Identifying and mitigating risks. Ensuring compliance with contractual and security requirements. The position would be located at a government facility in Arlington, VA. and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services.The annual base salary range for this position is $134,577 – $149,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Technica considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, location, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Requirements Active Top-Secret with SCI and ability to obtain CI PolyBachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, the Project Manager - Senior should have an additional 10 years' experience in project management or related fields, for a total of 20 years of experience.A minimum of 10 years of experience managing IT, cybersecurity, engineering, or cloud-related projects, including experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams. Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies and tools (such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent), and proficiency in developing and maintaining project documentation. Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, and to deliver projects on time and within scope. Demonstrated strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with experience collaborating with government, regulated environments, or large enterprise clients. Desired Additional desirable qualifications include industry-recognized project management certifications (such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2), familiarity with IT and cybersecurity terminology, and experience supporting process improvement initiatives.
