Medical Device Test Engineer
PIXIE
Overview We are developing world-class DXA bone densitometers and are seeking a Test Engineer to support verification, validation, and usability testing prior to market release. This role involves executing and updating test protocols, investigating defects, supporting bug fixes, and ensuring product quality in a regulated medical device environment. Responsibilities Set up, configure, calibrate, and test DXA/BMH systems Execute verification, validation, system, and usability test protocols Perform dry runs and formal test executions; document and report results Investigate, log, and close defects; support bug fixes and post-release issues Update design verification procedures and test documentation Support process improvements using LEAN and industry best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other STEM field Minimum 2+ years of medical device testing experience (required) Experience with Windows 10/11, SQL, MS Access, and DOORS/Jama or similar tools Understanding of embedded systems, including hardware and software Experience with DXA systems and DOORS is highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr PIXIE
